By providing your phone number through our website, web forms, intake forms, or verbal consent during a phone call, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from GoElev8.ai (operated by F&N Services, LLC).
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with our services.

Article 3: Privacy Policy

Article 4: Payment & Refund Policy
Setup fees are non-refundable once the build process has begun. Monthly service fees are billed in advance and non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Article 5: Service Limitations
While our AI assistants are designed to operate 24/7, service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, carrier downtime, or maintenance. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Article 6: Legal Compliance
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of our services.

Delivery of services is made to the email address, phone number, and/or account information you provide when placing your order. Please ensure that all contact information is accurate and up to date, as GoElev8.ai cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Services are considered delivered once your AI assistant, chatbot, sales funnel, or related digital assets have been configured and access details have been sent to you.
While GoElev8.ai takes every reasonable measure to ensure timely and accurate delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to internet outages, carrier delays, or third-party service interruptions.
In the rare event that a service cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our part, we will work to resolve the issue promptly or, if necessary, provide a refund in accordance with our Payment & Refund Policy.
